:Onboard viewers can view live metrics on their dashboards for data that is important to them. For example, average time to accept offer, average time to approve offer, and so on.
Users are also able to change what data they see on the page.
Automatic status updates
Candidate statuses are automatically changed in :Onboard depending on where they are in the contract creation workflow.
5-step contract creation process
Through an easy-to-follow 5-step contract creation process, users can create and send offer letters to candidates.
In this process, you can also use Custom Forms to request additional information required to onboard the candidate.
Internal communication
Users can create email templates customised for departments within your organisation to send them the relevant information about candidates.
This allows internal departments to receive the necessary information to onboard new hires efficiently.

This is an optional step for users if there is a requisition process prior to the offer being sent to the candidate.
If there is no requisition process, the user can skip to step 4.

Add Docs & Forms
This allows the user to select pre-uploaded hiring documents to be included as attachments in the first email that is sent to the new starter.
Users can also upload additional documents for the new starter to upload (as part of their role acceptance).
Finally, they can select which Custom Forms the new starter needs to complete (e.g. Payroll Info, Superannuation info etc.).
