Navigating the approval process is now more intuitive. We’ve fine-tuned the form flow experience, giving you more control and confidence in the approval process. Experience new advanced filters on approval forms as well as more fields to choose in your approval templates.
:Recruit Tip of the Month
Personalize Your :Recruit Applicant Status List to Fit Your Needs
How it works: As your candidates move through different stages in the application process, you have the power to update their statuses individually or in bulk at each stage.
📩You can configure these status changes to automatically send tailored emails, providing support and keeping them engaged on their journey with your company (think Employer Branding).
For Example: If you decide a candidate isn’t the perfect fit for the current role, but might be a match for future opportunities, you can assign them a ‘talent pool’ status. This could trigger an automated email inviting them to stay connected through company newsletters and social media links. 🔥

Pinned Jobs to the Dashboard: Resolved the issue causing pinned jobs not to display correctly on the dashboard, ensuring easy access to your priority listings.
Filtered Applications Email Service: Addressed the issue affecting the filtered applications email service, ensuring you receive notifications promptly and accurately.
Job Expiry Date vs. Time Zone: Resolved the issue related to job expiry dates and time zones, ensuring accurate and synchronised job expiration notifications.
Questions Filter: Fixed the questions filter glitch, providing a smoother and more precise filtering experience for tailored candidate assessments.
Requisition Text Field Typing: Corrected the issue occurring when typing in the requisition text field within job settings, ensuring a seamless and error-free process.
Layout Styling: Fixed layout styling discrepancies, enhancing the visual consistency of the platform for a more polished appearance.
Disabled Questions on Forms: Prevented disabled questions from appearing on forms, eliminating confusion and maintaining a clear and relevant candidate assessment process.
