Increased Efficiency with a New LinkedIn Integration
The default job application form now includes a dedicated field for applicants to add their LinkedIn profile URL. This update saves recruiters valuable time by providing direct access to an applicant’s LinkedIn profile, automating the process and enhancing efficiency. Coming Soon Feature: If the LinkedIn URL isn’t provided, recruiters will be able to easily search for the profile directly from :Recruit with a single click. Stay tuned for more details!

Candidates Tag Column in Applications Has Been Set to On by Default
The Candidates Tag table setting is now enabled by default, simplifying the review process and saving you time by making this frequently used feature instantly available.

Added the Ability to Edit/Delete SMS Templates
You can now edit or delete SMS templates directly from the application interface, allowing for more flexible and efficient candidate communications.

Added User and Timestamp to Job Notes Section
Job notes now include the Recruiter’s name and timestamp, enhancing transparency and making it easier to track updates and communications.

General Alignment Updates
We have updated symbol alignments in :Engage’s email analytics to ensure consistency with the rest of :Engage and :Recruit. These alignment adjustments enhance the visual uniformity and overall user experience across our platform.
Bug Fixes: Continuous improvement of the platform’s performance and reliability.
- Prevented Duplicate Event Bookings: Added a fix to stop double booking, so candidates can’t be scheduled for the same event more than once.
- Bulk Delete Candidates Function Restored: Recruiters can now easily select and delete multiple candidates at once in the :Engage candidate pools, making it simpler to manage candidates efficiently.
- Email Status Display Restored: Email status (opened, clicked, etc.) will now correctly show in the activities section of an application, ensuring comprehensive tracking of email interactions.
- Country Filter Issue Fixed: In :Engage, selected countries will now filter correctly, resolving previous issues with geographic filtering.
- Expanded Event Booking Window: Resolved the issue causing ‘Add to Event’ and ‘Invite to Timeslot’ to only show the next 7 days of events. You can now book candidates into any event created in the future.
- Attachment Preview Function Restored: Fixed the issue where attachments in :Engage were automatically downloading. Users can now preview attachments before downloading them.
- Email Template Deletion Issue Fixed: Fixed role permissions to allow users to trash unneeded email templates, restoring the ability to manage email templates effectively.
